I’m an Infant and Child Sleep Consultant, Night Nanny, and Former Early Childhood Educator.

 

I’ve completed a Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and Certification in Infant and Child Sleep Consulting. I see you, and I completely understand your need for rest, support, and structure both day and night.

 

I created Little Owls Sleep Specialist to help families like you feel empowered and confident in your child’s sleep by educating, supporting, and when needed, caring for your little one overnight. So that you can enjoy life without being sleep deprived, or feeling guilty or anxious about sleep.
